What is Boonli?
Boonli is a cloud-based lunch ordering and payment platform for schools and their food partners. Boonli makes it easy to connect with parents, students, staff and employees, streamline food programs and cafeteria operations, and create custom shopping experiences. Boonli is used by over 1000 schools and several workplaces across the US to connect with quality local food options and seamlessly manage their lunch programs - from order, to kitchen, to the lunch line.

Most technical questions can be answered by logging in and visiting our help section. Additionally, live chat and our Boonli support team are available Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm PT. If you are still experiencing technical issues, please contact technical support on our support page.
How much does it cost?
We have several different pricing options available, and work closely with each school in structuring prices so Boonli operates at little to no cost. Please contact our sales department for more info.
Does Boonli offer its own food vendors?
Not quite; Boonli is a payment and ordering software platform that integrates with your school’s existing food vendors. However, we are also growing a network of Boonli-certified school lunch partners and offer a service to help your school connect with local caterers and restaurants, and help you set up a program on the Boonli platform. My school participates in the U.S. National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Can I use Boonli?
Yes, Boonli is compatible with NSLP. Our platform allows you to include free/reduced pricing and allows you to manage NSLP calculations, reimbursements, and other reporting features.
Is it easy to get started?
Yes! Boonli’s customer support team sets up your organization on the Boonli and provides complimentary training for your whole team on creating online menus, using the reporting suite, and more.
What kind of reporting does Boonli support?
Boonli has a full suite of ready-to-go reports for food prep, order summaries, labels, and more. Boonli also provides interactive lunch tools for checking in students, adding last minute items, and running the lunch line. The reporting suite also allows you to download all of your raw data for custom analysis.
Who is Boonli for?
Boonli works with many types of administrators and lunch programs, from school technology coordinators, to parent lunch volunteers, to catering and food service companies that operate many school lunch programs.
Is Boonli mobile friendly?
Yes! Our lunch ordering suite for parents is mobile responsive.
Are payments secure?
The security of your data is important to us, and we take pride in making sure the Boonli platform and all online payments are secure. We have physical, administrative, technical and organizational security measures in place in our physical facilities and in our computer systems, databases, and communications networks that are designed to reasonably protect information contained within our facilities or systems from accidental loss, damage, destruction, misuse or alteration appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Boonli uses Comodo CA Limited SSL/TLS certificates, which provide 256-bit encryption to protect the personal information stored on our servers hosted in the Amazon Cloud (excluding credit card data which if saved, is secured with a Level 1 PCI Compliant Gateway).

Yes, training is included with every implementation for your whole team.
